HOW TO BOOK A COMMISSION:

You can DM me through any social media state at the end of the page.

Please include your character’s design, poses and face expressions as detail as possible.

Additional character is +100% the price

Turn around time could be arranged between a week and 2 months, depend on the complexities of the request.

Tipping are optional but are always appreciated.

For Commercial commission (Vtubers, PNGtubers,…) the total price is double up.

USAGE:

I will use the final artwork as sample, unless you pay the private fee.

Credit Ghozt/ EliGhozt whenever you use the art is mandatory.

Customer (individuals) can: post the artwork (with credit, wartermark is optional). Use the artwork to illustrate their story non-commercialy. For printing ( goods, photocard,...) you can only make 8 copies and use them for yourself or as a gift to friends (non-commercial purpose). If you want to sell them or use them as a reward for an event (give away, art competition, concert, comicon, artistday, cofi,...) please pay the commercial fee which is double up the original price.

Customer (coroprate, event host, company,...): to use my art you must pay the commercial fee.

Client and others are not allowed to: trace the art, claim as yours, claim that you drew it, remove the credit (and watermark if you're not the customer), selling NFTs using my art, training AI or use AI to make derivative image. Also Client cannot sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the artwork in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.

Only you (customers) and I have the non-watermark version.

Please do not resell the commission slot nor the final work. You can give the final artwork as a gift to trusted people.

PROCESS:

After requesting, I'll read the brief to make sure I am the right fit. If not, I will kindly decline.

While sketching, you can request to fix the sketch multiple time and it’s all free. While doing line art and coloring, any change of mind that too big or change the entire frame of the artwork shall have an extra fee up to 40%.

After the second sketch or after the first sketch is approved, you need to pay upfront at least 50% of the price before I do the line art. And pay another 50% after i’ve finished the artwork.

Paying 100% upfront is requested for huge order.

You’ll have 5 days for the payment. After 5 days, if you fail to purcbase or have a valid reason, your commission will be canceled automatically.

You will receive an update everyweek or so until it’s done.

Any change after the final product is delivered will cost extra, unless it was my mistake in logic.

CONSIDERATION:

In the situation that I could not update or finish the artwork in time, you will get a refund up to 80% depend on the process at that time (in case you paid full price in advance) and get to keep the artwork afterwards.

You can ask for an update and explanation about the commission at anytime. If there is no new update yet, I'll promptly inform you.

If you can't contact me in one social media, you can try to find me at another app listed below. If I can't contact you, I'll do my best to find you to delivery the art.

You can request payment plan (in and out of Vgen).

If you want to use my artwork for a purpose not listed here, please contact me first and we can discuss about it.

Any wrong use of my artwork (resell or commercial purpose without paying commercial fee, unauthorized reproduction,...) will result in me taking back your right to use the artwork, issue a lawsuit or write a public warning/ transaction alerts.

FOR CANCELING THE COMMISSION:

If you no longer want to buy my art after the first sketch, I will take back the sketch and you cannot use the sketch for any purpose.

The idea that you provide will be yours and I have no right over it.

However if the idea is mine (skeb-like), you cannot use that idea and I'll use it for a different purpose.

If you want to cancel the commission at the second sketch or line art or coloring stage, you will have to pay the equivalent fee to each stage.

If you have pay full price upfront I'll refund part of it depend on which stage we're in.

If I public a private work (under any circumtanses) you will have a 50% refund and a new private artwork. I will contact you to discuss the payment and/ or a different way to make it up to you.

If you canceling without any valid reason, I will not make any refund.

If you use the artwork for a problematic purpose (to make fun of other, to spread misinformation, to start a rumor, to make some one or sonething look bad, to support genocide, to support facism/ racism/ sexism and more, ...) I will make a puclic announcement about stop working with you, taking back your right to use my art and ban you from ever commissioning again.
