Turn around time could be arranged between a week and 2 months, depend on the complexities of the request.

Tipping are optional but are always appreciated.

For Commercial commission (goods, Vtubers, PNGtubers,… the total price is double up.

Client and others shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work. Nor shall Client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.

Process:

While sketching, you can request to fix the sketch multiple time and it’s all free. While doing line art and coloring, any change of mind that too big or change the entire frame of the artwork shall have an extra fee up to 20%.

After the sketch, you need to pay upfront at least 50% of the price before i do line art. And pay another 50% after i’ve finished the artwork. Paying 100% upfront is requested for huge order, commercial order,...

You’ll have 5 days for the payment. After 5 days, if you fail to purcbase or have a valid reason, your commission will be canceled automatically.

You will receive an update everyweek or so until it’s done.

Usage:

Feeding my art (sample or commissioned art) to AI, NFTs or using AI to disturb my art in any way is prohibited.

Tracing, stealing artwork is also prohibited.

I’ll use the final artwork as a sample with watermark. Unless you paid the private fee (+50%)

Only you (customers) and I have the non-watermark version. Please do not resell the commission slot nor the final work. You can give the final artwork as a gift to trusted people.

Do not remove watermark and claim the artwork as your art under any circumstances.

Do not repost, reupload without permission.

Always put creadit to Ghozt/ EliGhozt as the artist to the commissioned art.

Consideration:

In the situation that I could not update or finish the artwork in time, you will get a refund up to 80% dêpnd on the process at that time (in case you paid full price in advance) and get to keep the artwork afterwards.

You can ask for an update and explanation about the commission at anytime. If there is no new update yet, I'll promptly inform you.

Any wrong use of my artwork (resell or commercial purpose without paying commercial fee, unauthorized reproduction,...) will result in me taking back your right to use the artwork, issue a lawsuit or write a public warning/ transaction alerts.
